- Criminal - The Rim offers many opportunities away from the eyes of the law
- Psychic - Manifesting strange power, viewed with fear and suspicion
- Ranger - First on the ground, through the airlock, or into a monster's guts
- Retiree - Unsatisfied with retirement? Wander the Rim instead!
